CUBITTS: GLASSES REVIEW

In desperate need of an up to date pair of glasses, I turned to Cubitts for a new look. I was familiar with the brand and saw this as an opportunity to see if they were all I thought they would be. In summary, they are.

After browsing their impressive collection of frames, I settled on the Frith model in khaki and size medium. I also uploaded a copy of my most recent prescription and chose lens options as prompted.

It took approximately two weeks from placing my order to receiving it and I filmed an unboxing video to capture just how great the packaging was.

There is a clear and comprehensive returns policy and this is highlighted in the packaging. According to their ‘no quibble, no fuss’ policy, you are entitled to return/exchange your purchase for 30 days.

I found customer service to be very helpful responding quickly to my queries. Overall, ordering this pair of specs from Cubitts was an enjoyable experience and they remain a brand I would recommend.
